JD for Automation Engineer/Senior Automation Engineers:
- Proficient in PLC Programming
- Experience with DCS and SCADA system
- Exposure to complete control system including FAT and SAT
- Experience in E plan and AutoCAD for panel design
- Knowledge of Engineering and Designing of control system, Alarm Management & Alarm rationalization including PLC/DCS/SCADA
- Experience with the following systems like Siemen PCS7/Step7/WinCC
- Preparation of DCS/PLC engineering inputs for Software implementation like input/output signal list, interlock list, Alarm schedule etc
- Preparation of PID loops, Loop diagrams, Cause & Effect report, Set points list & Field Instrumentation drawings
- Exposure to site Pre commissioning and commissioning activities
- Exposure to system and panel procurement activities
- Knowledge of Standards like IEC-61131-3/ISA 88 and IEC 61508/61511
- I/O Summary/I/O Allocation verification/I/O layout configuration
- Preparation of Functional design specifications and control philosophy.
- Review and Vendor documents and package vendors drawings/Documents
- Hands on experience on tools like Site base, E plan, SPI software
