As (Senior) Commissioning Manager, you will:
• Deliver projects’ Commissioning Management as per contractual obligation in quality, time and budget – EPS contracts
• Generate PCM Status Documentation
• Responsible to progress in Commissioning Implementation (ready for hot commissioning, PG testing,AC)
• Comply with QA/QC documentation requirements.
• Take over SMS on-site EHS responsibility.
• Manage safe operation of the plant.
• Maintain commissioning turn-over document data base.
• Perform & manage client-oriented commissioning solution acc. to implementation plan in collaboration with Client and involved parties.
• Identify & coordinate resources to implement commissioning with PLs
• Leading an interdisciplinary Commissioning Management team (>10 Pers.) of high-profile experts on-site
• Ensure commissioning implementation in compliance with Metso Global processes, tools and systems, policies, and standards.
• Generate projects’ Commissioning Management status reporting and project follow-up of commissioning implementation.
• Commissioning Management lessons learned reporting & feedback
• Follow-up project s’ Commissioning Management related risks incl. updating of risk analysis and red flagging.
• Budget responsibility of Project Commissioning Management Function
• Set-up and coordinate client training, audit and inspection
• Establish and maintain good client liaison on and off-site.
To succeed, you will need:
• Commissioning Manager Management and project portfolio skills and experience (minimum 8
years,) in related Mineral and Iron ore industries.
• Experience in managing and executing commissioning a project and/or plant operation and
maintenance experience.
• Solid understanding of relevant technologies (Iron ore pelletizing).
• Resourcing, competence development and performance management skills.
• Strong contract and commercial understanding (i.e. contract language, budgeting, change order
management)
• Empowerment, delegation, prioritization & decision-making ability. Be Results driven.
• Ability to influence; strong negotiating skills
• Language skills (written, listening and oral): English (mandatory).
• Must be capable of effectively and accurately working on site and operational plant, and
organizing, prioritizing tasks, decision making and working in a fast-paced environment.
