Junior to Mid-Level Recruiter – Plant Engineering (Contract Role)


Location: Bangalore
Reporting To: Deputy Manager – Human Resources
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Experience Required: 2–4 Years in relevant industry recruitment
Preference: Immediate Joiners preferred for contract roles


Job Description

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for plant engineering and related technical positions.
  2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment vendors.
  3. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  4. Maintain and update candidate records, pipelines, and recruitment trackers through ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  5. Handle vendor management activities including coordination with recruitment agencies, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
  6. Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards and turnaround time.
  7. Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, onboarding formalities, and candidate engagement during the hiring process.
  8. Support HR recruitment reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance with internal hiring processes and policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of relevant recruitment experience in plant engineering, EPC, manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
  • Hands-on experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment databases.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
