Junior to Mid-Level Recruiter – Plant Engineering (Contract Role)
Location: Bangalore
Reporting To: Deputy Manager – Human Resources
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Experience Required: 2–4 Years in relevant industry recruitment
Preference: Immediate Joiners preferred for contract roles
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for plant engineering and related technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment vendors.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records, pipelines, and recruitment trackers through ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Handle vendor management activities including coordination with recruitment agencies, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards and turnaround time.
- Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, onboarding formalities, and candidate engagement during the hiring process.
- Support HR recruitment reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance with internal hiring processes and policies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of relevant recruitment experience in plant engineering, EPC, manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
- Hands-on experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment databases.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
