Technical Writer to create, manage, and maintain high-quality technical documentation. He will play a key role in transforming complex technical information into clear, structured manuals while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and document technical, installation, operation, maintenance, and safety information.
  • Develop structured manuals aligned with regulatory requirements, including Machinery Directive standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to gather, verify, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Perform quality checks on supplier materials and oversee document translations.
  • Support internal stakeholders with technical content expertise and documentation processes.
  • Participate in risk analysis and integrate safety and residual risk information into manuals.
  • Manage terminology and deliver content across print and digital formats.
  • Migrate legacy content into modern, modular documentation systems.
  • Create and update technical illustrations using relevant tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Mechanical or similar engineering field
  • Approximately 4 years of experience in technical writing or documentation.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe InDesign and CMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in agile environments.
