Technical Writer to create, manage, and maintain high-quality technical documentation. He will play a key role in transforming complex technical information into clear, structured manuals while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and document technical, installation, operation, maintenance, and safety information.
- Develop structured manuals aligned with regulatory requirements, including Machinery Directive standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to gather, verify, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Perform quality checks on supplier materials and oversee document translations.
- Support internal stakeholders with technical content expertise and documentation processes.
- Participate in risk analysis and integrate safety and residual risk information into manuals.
- Manage terminology and deliver content across print and digital formats.
- Migrate legacy content into modern, modular documentation systems.
- Create and update technical illustrations using relevant tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Mechanical or similar engineering field
- Approximately 4 years of experience in technical writing or documentation.
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe InDesign and CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in agile environments.
