Core Responsibilities:
Project Planner focusing on planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress:
- Develop detailed timelines using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Prepares WBS i.e. Break projects into smaller, manageable tasks
- Prepare Gantt charts, Prepare & monitor critical paths and project milestones
- Track project status and update schedules regularly
- Monitoring project performance vs. plan and report deviations
- Identify potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks, plan contingencies and propose mitigation strategies
- Work with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management

- 10 + years of experience in project planning & scheduling in similar industries i.e. Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure & Construction with EPC environment.
