- Should possess good knowledge of 3D (E3D / Open plant) &
2D (AutoCAD / MicroStation) tools.
- Understands the scope of work, Design basis, Project specification, and project documentation before commencement of work
- Capable to prepare single line diagrams
- Capable to prepare cable tray layouts, Lighting Layouts, Power & Earthing Layouts, Electrical Equipment Layout, etc.
- Able to prepare basic Electrical calculation like Cable sizing & tray sizing calculations, Lighting calculations.
- Knowledge of international standards like IEC, NEMA, IEEE, etc.
- Capable to lead a project independently
- Handle a team of Junior designers and trainees
- Interaction with client and inter disciplinary coordination
- Good knowledge in 3D model review tool Navisworks
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and internal project team.
