Checker for 2D documentation
- Should possess good knowledge of 3D (E3D / Open plant) &
2D (AutoCAD / MicroStation) tools.
- Understands the scope of work, Design basis, Project specification, and project documentation before commencement of work
- Capable of providing comments on 2D diagrams
- Capable of preparing and reviewing the cable tray layouts, Lighting Layouts, Power & Earthing Layouts, electrical equipment layouts, etc.
- Able to prepare basic Electrical calculation like Cable sizing & tray sizing calculations, Lighting calculations.
- Knowledge of international standards like IEC, NEMA, IEEE, etc.
- Capable of leading a project independently
- Handle a team of Junior designers and trainees
- Interaction with the client and interdisciplinary coordination
- Good knowledge of the 3D model review tool Navisworks
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and the internal project team.
