BASIC PURPOSE: To work with a team of engineers and customers, responsible for Design & Engineering of equipment related to Metals, Minerals, Mining and Chemical industry.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
➢ B.E in Mechanical from a reputed University
➢ Knowledge in Solid Works, PDM
➢ Engineering and Design knowledge
➢ Excellent Interpersonal skills
Relevant experience:
➢ 8 to 12 years of experience in Design & Engineering of Equipment in industries such as Metals, Minerals, Mining, Chemicals, Power & Cement.
➢ Experience in Design & Engineering of equipment such as Tanks, Furnaces, Crushers, Feeders, Ball Mills, Hoppers, Silos, Chutes is preferred.
➢ In depth Knowledge of Fabrication & Manufacturing process.
➢ Well verse with ISO, DIN, IS, ANSI & ASME standards.
➢ Proficient in ASME Y14.5 (GD&T).
➢ Experience working with Global Clients is an added advantage.
TYPICAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Design & Engineering of Equipment in Hydrometallurgy, Smelting, SAP & GC, Metals & Minerals area.
➢ Preparation of Equipment 3D Models and Detail Drawings with BOM
➢ Engage with EDM database & Enovia PLM tool
➢ ECN, ECR and as built changes.
➢ Preparation of Equipment General Arrangement drawings
➢ Preparing MOM, Maintaining tracker and Onsite coordination.
➢ Raising Technical queries.
Any other relevant activities as defined by the Supervisor/Manager
