BASIC PURPOSE: To work with a team of engineers and customers, responsible for preparation of Technical Specification and Datasheets of Products and systems related to Metals, Minerals, Mining and Chemical industry.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Educational qualifications & Skills:
➢ B.E / M. Tech in Mechanical from a reputed University
➢ Knowledge in AutoCAD
➢ Engineering and Design knowledge
➢ Excellent Interpersonal skills
Relevant experience:
➢ 8 to 12 years of experience in writing Technical Specifications & Datasheets for Products like Conveyors, Bag Filters, Bins, Ducts, Pumps, Tanks, Compressors etc. in industries such as Metals, Minerals, Mining, Chemicals, Power & Cement.
➢ Well verse with IS, ASTM, DIN standards
➢ Experience working with Global Clients is a must.
TYPICAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Preparation of Technical Specifications
➢ Preparation of Equipment datasheets
➢ Reviewing Vendor offers
➢ Interacting with Vendors
➢ Approving Vendor Documents
➢ Preparation of Equipment outline drawings as per project requirement.
➢ Preparing MOM, Maintaining tracker and Onsite coordination.
➢ Raising Technical queries.
➢ Leading a team of Engineers.
➢ Any other relevant activities as defined by the Supervisor/Manager.
