Job Description:
Sidvin Outotec is seeking a Senior Structural Design Engineer with strong Tekla expertise to support ongoing projects on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural design for industrial projects and be capable of delivering high-quality engineering solutions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and review structural designs and 3D models using Tekla Structures
Prepare and check structural drawings, GA drawings, and fabrication details
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support project execution
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications
Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering
5 to 20 years of relevant experience in structural design
Strong hands-on experience with Tekla Structures
Experience in industrial, plant, or heavy engineering projects preferred
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, office-based project environment
Contract Duration: 6 months to 1 year
