Educational qualifications:
➢ B.E / M. Tech in Mechanical from a reputed University
➢Knowledge in Solid Works, PDM
➢Engineering and Design knowledge
➢Excellent Interpersonal skills
Relevant experience:
➢ 15 to 20 years of experience in Design & Engineering of equipment in industries such as Metals, Minerals, Mining, Chemicals, Power & Cement.
➢Experience in Design & Engineering of equipment such as Tanks, Furnaces, Crushers,Feeders, Ball Mills, Hoppers, Silos, Chutes is preferred.
➢Review Fabrication & Manufacturing drawings
➢In depth Knowledge of Fabrication & Manufacturing process.
➢Well verse with ISO, DIN, IS, ANSI & ASME standards.
➢Proficient in ASME Y14.5 (GD&T).
➢Experience in Leading a team of Engineers.
➢Experience working with Global Clients is a must.
➢Hand Calculations is a must.
TYPICAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢Preparation of Equipment 3D Models and Detail Drawings with BOM
➢Review of Equipment 3D Models & Detail drawings as per the project requirement.
➢Design & Engineering of Products in Hydrometallurgy, Metals & Minerals area.
➢Product Design / Concept Design / Design Optimization / Product Enhancements / 3D Modeling of Equipment’s using Solid Works tool.
➢ Analyze new components, materials, and technologies to evaluate functionalities for all new
product development.
➢ Preparing necessary calculations.
➢ Strong ability to define & detail Mechanical designs from concept to finished Product.
➢ ECN, ECR and as built changes.
➢ Preparing MOM, Maintaining tracker and Onsite coordination.
➢ Raising Technical queries.
➢ Leading a team of Engineers.
➢ Any other relevant activities as defined by the Supervisor/Manager.
