Electrical Design engineer DE2:
BE / Diploma (Electrical) with 8+ years of experience
1. Should possess good knowledge of 3D (E3D / Open plant) &
2D (AutoCAD / MicroStation) tools.
2. Understands the scope of work, Design basis, Project specification, Project documentation before commencement of work
3. Capable to prepare single line diagrams
4. Capable to prepare cable tray layouts, Lighting Layouts, Power & Earthing Layouts, Electrical Equipment Layout, etc.
5. Able to prepare basic Electrical calculation like Cable sizing & tray sizing calculations, Lighting calculations.
6. Knowledge of international standards like IEC, NEMA, IEEE, etc.
7. Capable to lead a project independently
8. Handle a team of Junior designers and trainees
9. Interaction with client and inter disciplinary coordination
10. Good knowledge in 3D model review tool Navisworks
11. Good communication skills to interact with clients and internal project team.
